Compliance with the UK Corporate Governance Code
The version of the Corporate Governance Code applicable to the current reporting period is the UK Corporate Governance Code 2018.
For the financial year ended 31 March 2020, Severn Trent PLC was compliant with all relevant provisions of the UK Corporate Governance Code 2018, applicable to the Company at that time.
