We would like your valued feedback

We would like your valued feedback to support the creation of our Bioresources Bid Assessment Framework

At Severn Trent we are seeking new ways to engage with our contract supply chain that will allow us to meet the increasing challenges in the Bioresources market; population growth, environmental pressures and a greater demand for increasing river quality mean we need to do more.

Improving our accessibility, openness, and transparency

Ofwat has set out some guidance to water companies with the view that we need to improve our accessibility, openness, and transparency in terms of how we seek commercial partners to meet these challenges.

We are therefore looking for your help to improve our approach to bidding for Bioresources activity.

We would be grateful if you could read this challenge and please respond with feedback by completing the form below by 29 July 2022.

We are reviewing how we receive commercial offers, assess them against internal and external solutions and come to a positive commercial outcome for both our customers and the environment.

To aid this we are creating a Bid Assessment Framework (BAF) that will outline the key criteria we look for, where we believe there is scope for us to improve and how companies can find ways to work with our Bioresources Team.

Ahead of the publication of the BAF in October 2022, we are seeking input and feedback on where we can focus to best support our supply chain.

We must remain compliant with all current legislation for a business of our type, but we recognise the importance of your views on where we could help you as a member of our supply chain to access more opportunity with us.

Please open a copy of our Bioresources Bid Assessment Framework approach, with some articulation of the process, to support you answering the questions below.
