Gender and ethnicity pay gap

At Severn Trent, we positively celebrate diversity and inclusion, and embrace individuals’ contributions, no matter their gender, age, race, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, social background, religion or belief.

In September 2021, we launched ‘Wonderfully You’, which set out our Diversity and Inclusion (‘D&I’) ambition and how we would measure progress. Our D&I strategy is reflected within our corporate strategy under the ‘caring for people in our region' pillar and we report on progress more generally in our Sustainability Report.

Below you'll find our gender and ethnicity pay gap report for 2023 including a comparison to our 2022 to 2017 data.
